Ingredients

  • 1 14.5 oz can coconut milk (I used native simple coconut milk) 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2.5 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup dark cherries (pitted and chopped)
  • 1/8 cup dark chocolate (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

In a big mixing bowl, combine coconut milk and cacao powder. Whisk until combined

Step 2

Mix in chia seeds and maple syrup

Step 3

Pour pudding into jars, leaving space to be topped. Place into fridge overnight

Step 4

Top with cherries and chocolate chunks. Enjoy
