Ingredients

  • 1 cup very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup flour (I use one of or a mix of these three millet, almond, GF all-purpose)
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Gather ingredients and line a bread pan with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, mash your bananas.  Next add in the rest of your wet ingredients (honey, tahini, eggs, and milk).

Step 3

Mix dry ingredients into bowl with wet ingredients until well combined.

Step 4

Pour batter into bread pan. Cook until top is lightly golden brown and a fork or toothpick can be pushed into the center and comes out clean.

*cook for 45-50 minutes, toothpick check, then cook for an additional 5 minutes at a time until finished baking*
