Almond Thai Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 5 tbsp lime juice
  • 2.5 tsp grated ginger
  • 6 big cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 soft medjool dates
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Step 1

Measure all ingredients and put into blender or food processor.

Step 2

Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Pour into glass jar, cover with lid, and store in fridge.
